I have been buying the smoked knuckles bones AND the bully sticks (thick ones)..also a braided bully stick.

I used to buy from Merrick but they have either gone way up in price or I am misreading something. I want to purchased the braided ones..but at $7.00 to $8.00 apiece times two dogs = a lot of money per month.

I want something made and processed in the U.S.A. Any idea where I might find better pricing?

Diesel and I had an obedience class today and he was terrific. There was a Cane Corso in there that was staring D down from the moment we got in. He was a beautiful dog with a blue coloring and solid as a rock. I don't even think Diesel knew he was there until the last 10 minutes when he growled and Diesel stood up and caught a glimpse off him. As soon as I said Diesel "Look" he quickly looked at me for some hot dogs. So proud of him.

The owners were telling the instructor how they leave this dog in the yard ALL DAY!!!! He is 7 months. They also said that he jumps on everybody who enters the house but he's not being mean his tail is wagging. Well the instructor was very straight forward with them both in explaining what will happen with this dog if they don't change things NOW. Very scary and I am glad I don't live in there town.

As for Diesel and I, we got pushed up a class! Yay us!!!! Everyone complemented me on his good behavior. Thanks for letting me share.

It is true! I took my boy to the vet yesterday because he cut his foot pad and has now licked them into infection!
Well I told her I had meds but got home and counted and I didn't have nearly enough. I called them back and made arrangements to go by there this afternoon. When I got there, I was a little dissappointed that a bottle wasn't waiting. The girl up front said "she left you a script, you can fill it anywhere".
So I went to Publix (grocer) and when I dropped it off I asked the pharmacy tech how much and she said it was one of the free antibiotics.
Sure enough, when I picked it up 30 minutes later-it was free!
yayy!

Oh yeah, She wrote for a refill too!

ot - pup with discharge

My sister has an 11 month old lab boy - neutered. He has a lot of discharge from his penis. Cultured, lots of white blood cells, no bacteria, no it is not semen. He improved on antibiotics, but my sis was concerned about keeping him on endlessly - when he came off, discharge returned - the vet knocked him out and did a total exam - nothing. He is not uncomfortable, no peeing problems, no licking. Discharge smells slightly metalic, is white/clear and slightly creamy not terribly viscous. "Lots" means there is a very wet spot after laying down and dripping when walking - any ideas ?

Wilamina was a wonderful comapnion and pet to me for so many years. I remember the first time I saw her (Maureen and I drive to New Jersey to get her) - she was such a chunky beautiful puppy. She was a Ch Greiner Hall Jedadiah daughter - and she had his wonderful, sweet temperament.

Wilamina finished her championship very easily and we had a lot of fun showing her, but her value to me was as a friend and companion. She was such a goof ball, always singing to me and making me laugh. She guarded me with fierce loyality, but she was always friendly to strangers that I let her know were OK.

Wilamina gave me some wonderful puppies (three of which share my home and my life - Goody, Angel and Rogue.) and she was a wonderful, caring mother. She also was a wonderful caring grandmother to other bitches puppies, even to a kitten and a baby squirrel.

I wish she could have lived to be 50 - I loved her every day of her life, she was so vey special. I have so many wonderful memories of her - even with a house full of her babies and grandbabies the house seems empty with out her.

Thanks to her breeder, Roberta Pavoll, fo allowing me to have this wonderful girl and share the years with me, and to Gloria Cuthbert for steering me to Roberta in the first place. It takes a village.

54" crate - collapsible kind
